The Stow Police Department got a call from a man on Dec. 8 after his relative decided to turf North Port Park and got his truck stuck in the mud, according to a report.
After the 22-year-old suspect got his car stuck, he left the scene. A man, who police could not verify was the man's father, called the towing company who said they wouldn't come unless a police report was filed.
Police charged the 22-year-old man with criminal mischief and reckless operation. He caused $200 in damage.
