Marijuana Pipe Found Within Reach of Toddler

The following information was supplied by the Stow Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

discovered a marijuana pipe within reach of a toddler and a woman’s outstanding arrest warrant when they responded to a Dec. 20 call about a domestic dispute.

Police went to an apartment in the 4400 block of Hudson Drive at 6:45 Dec. 20 to look into the domestic incident. They found that a 20-year-old woman there had an active arrest warrant issued by the Boston Heights Police Department.

The woman also had a glass marijuana pipe containing residue that was within reach of a two-year-old child, police reported.

The woman was issued a summons, which she refused to sign, to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. She was turned over to Boston Heights Police on the warrant.

Police notified Summit County Children Services Board about the incident.
