Man Relieves Himself on Car Dealership: Police News

Disorderly Conduct

A 44-year-old Akron man previously suspected of stalking female employees at Marhofer Chevrolet on Darrow Road was given a ticket for disorderly conduct Nov. 26. said the man “has repeatedly been in the area of their workplace. The suspect has previously been advised about his behavior by the police.”

On Nov. 26, the man returned was seen urinating on a building. Police located the man in the 3400 block of Kent Road and issued him a ticket for disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor, and warned him about menacing by stalking charge.

Public Intoxication

A 29-year-old resident of the 3900 block of Lakeview Boulevard was “found lying on the ground highly intoxicated” at 2:15 a.m. Nov. 27, according to police.

Officers were dispatched to the area of Lakeview and Graham Road for a report of intoxicated people in a yard. Police found the man laying down and  attempted to send him home, but “he would not comply.” Therefore, he was arrested and charged with public intoxication and resisting arrest, both misdemeanors, and released on a personal recognizance bond.
