Police Looking for Man who Tried to Lure Child Into Car

are looking for a man who was trying to lure a young boy into his car.

An 11-year-old boy told police that on July 12 while riding his bike, someone pulled into a driveway in the 3600 block of Williamson Road and told the victim "come on and get in the car."

The child said "no," and the suspect drove away, according to the report.

Police Chief Louis Dirker said they are looking for an older model black car with rusted front fenders (possibly a Ford) driven by a white male. 

Criminal child enticement is a first-degree misdemeanor.
