"These thefts from motor vehicles are unfortunately not uncommon and they usually occur in clusters," Stow Police Chief Louis Dirker . "People often leave their cars unlocked and they invite thefts by leaving articles in plain sight inside the vehicles. Citizens should lock their vehicles, even in their driveways, and place articles in the trunk of the car if they want to leave them in the vehicle."
