An Akron woman who was shocked with an electric stun gun by a Stow officer is now firing back by accusing Stow Police of brutality.

Chelsea Garrett, 23, bounced off a median wall and hit a vehicle in Akron and then left the scene of the accident and then almost swiped a Stow cruiser Nov. 5.

After the Stow officer pulled Garrett over on Graham Road, she got out of her car and was eventually shocked with a Taser — as seen in the dashcam video uploaded to this post. (Audio is not available.)
