Stow Police Arrest Hudson Doctor on Charges of Rape, Sexual Assault
Dr. James P. Bressi indicted by Summit County grand jury
A Hudson doctor has been arrested by Stow Police on charges of rape, gross sexual imposition and sexual imposition following a year and-a-half long investigation.
Officers arrested James P. Bressi, 59, of 2468 Victoria Parkway, Hudson, OH, on Friday based on charges stemming from 10 victims, according to police.
The Hudson Hub Times reported that Bressi was indicted last month by a Summit County grand jury on 23 counts of assault involving patients.
Summit Pain Specialists, located on Allen Road in the Akron General complex in Stow, posted a message on its website stating that Bressi has not been employed by the practice since March 2013.
He was taken to the Summit County jail pending his arraignment in court.
