Summit County Sheriff's 6 Most Wanted Sex Offenders

The Summit County Sheriff Department is looking for six people that are on its most wanted sex offender list.
- Christian Hess, 33, of Arch Street in Akron is classified as a habitual offender with notification, according to the sheriff's department. He is listed as 5-foot 7-inches, 151 pounds with brown eyes and hair.
- Mark Spring, 52, of Grant Street in Akron is classified as a habitual offender with notification, according to the sheriff's department. He is listed as 6-feet tall, 170 pounds with red hair and blue eyes.
- Jerry Lee Harvey, 34, of Crosier Street in Akron is classified as a tier III offender with notification, according to the sheriff's department. He is listed as 6-foot 1-inch, 150 pounds with brown hair and green eyes.
- Tavares Ellis, 27, of Beck Avenue in Akron is classified as a tier II offender, according to the sheriff's department. He is listed as 5-foot 5-inches, 120 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
- Billy Joe Covington, 23, of Glenwod Avenue in Akron is classified as a tier I offender, according to the sheriff's department. He is listed as 5-foot 9-inches, 155 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes.
- Justin Dennis, 25, of Harmon Avenue in Akron is classified as a sexually oriented offender, according to the sheriff's department. He is listed as 6-foot 5-inches, 245 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

All subjects have outstanding warrants and law enforcement agencies need to confirm each warrant before making any type of custodial arrests.
