Two Separate Instances of Theft at Wal-Mart
The following information was supplied by the Stow Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Over the past week experienced two different instances of theft in its store on Hudson Drive.
Stolen Dog Treats
Police said that on July 16, a 52-year-old Stow woman was arrested for taking body wash, dog treats and iron cleaner from Wal-Mart on Hudson Drive. Police also said that the woman bought a cart load full of other items, but did not pay for the ones she hid in her purse. Theft is a first degree misdemeanor.

Stolen Underwear
Police said that on July 18, a 14-year-old Solon man and an 18-year-old Cuyahoga Falls man put two packs of shirts, one pack of shorts and miscellaneous underwear, shorts and shirts into their backpacks and tried leaving Wal-Mart on Hudson Drive. The 14-year-old was released to his grandmother, and the 18-year-old was released on $500 bond. Theft is a first degree misdemeanor.
