Water Balloons and Feces in the Same Police Report
The following information was supplied by the Stow Police Department.
A resident of the 4400 block of Eastwicke Boulevard called June 13 because she found broken water balloons and feces on her property.
According to the report, someone threw water balloons at one of her basement windows. Next to the water balloons was a "pile of feces," said police.
The victim told police she believes someone defecated there.
