Around the Patch: Autumn Hayrides, Murder Suspect Arrested and Remembering 9/11

  • From : The Cleveland Metroparks will offer fall hayrides on weekends this October at the  in Strongsville’s Mill Stream Run Reservation. Join the fall weekend tradition on Saturday nights - Oct. 8, 15, 22, and 29 from 6 to 10 p.m., and Sunday afternoons - Oct. 9, 16, 23, and 30 from noon to 4 p.m. The tractor-drawn hayrides are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and leave approximately every half-hour.
  • From : Three law enforcement agencies collectively nabbed a suspect in the murder of a Falls Army veteran. Akron police, the U.S. Marshals Office Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force and assisted in the arrest of Chad Stephens, 22, of Akron. Stephens was found in the 3200 block of West Market Street in Fairlawn last week. He faces murder charges in connection with the Aug. 31 shooting death of .
