Stow court clerk candidate seeks petition certification
Former state senator Kevin Coughlin is asking the Ohio Supreme Court to intercede and help get him on the November ballot as a candidate for Stow Municipal Clerk of Courts, the Stow Sentry reports.
Coughlin was disqualified as a non-partisan candidate by the Summit County Board of Elections earlier this year.
