Council Withdraws ATV, Dirt Bike Restrictions

Withdrawal of proposed restrictions comes after review by mayor, police department

Stow City Council voted tonight to withdraw proposed new regulations for owners of ATVs, dirt bikes, snowmobiles and other similar off-road vehicles tonight.

Council voted to withdraw the legislation after hearing from Stow Mayor Sara Drew that the law and police departments are reviewing using existing laws to enforce problem ATV and dirt bike owners.
