Craigslist Trial Update: Prostitute, Witnesses Say Rafferty's Character Changed

Many witnesses described Brogan Rafferty, the former Stow-Munroe Falls High School student, as respectful, innocent-looking and polite. But, they all said they noticed a change in him.

Brogan Rafferty's trial continued in Summit County Common Pleas Court Monday morning and the defense team started calling character witnesses to the stand.

Rafferty is being tried as an adult. He is facing murder charges for incidents involving a bogus Craigslist job listing where three men were murdered and one man was shot.

A 30-year-old woman, who said she was a dancer turned prostitute, said she met Rafferty a few times while visiting with Richard Beasley — Rafferty's mentor — at a halfway house.
