Natural Gas Aggregation Rate Fixed November through March 2012

Shopping around for natural gas prices in Stow? Check out the rate the city established with Vectren Source and get information on how to join or opt out of the program.

Through the city's aggregation program with Vectren Source, natural gas users can get a fixed rate of $5.58 per Mcf rate from November through March 2012.

Residents and businesses currently using Vectren will receive notice of the rate change. Both newly eligible or those who wish to opt out of the city's program will receive a letter in the mail on or around Oct. 22 with instructions and contact information.

There is a 21-day period to opt out of or to enroll in the program.

"We're pleased to continue serving the residents of Stow," said Tami Wilson, president of Vectren Source. "We also know this is a busy time of year for residents having to make natural gas choices."

Do not call the city for questions about the program. Instead call Vectren's toll free number at 1-866-200-5634 for more information.
