The landscaping in front of City Hall artfully displays the city's name.
This is an Adopt-A-Spot site that the city sponsors. The Floral Gardeners planted the shrubs that spell out Stow. This is the Kiwanis first year to plant and maintain the site. Previously it was done by an Adopt-A-Spot volunteer.
