Cuyahoga Falls Councilwoman Appointed as Next Stow Clerk of Courts
Lisa Zeno Carano was replaced just days after the new year by a local leader you may know.
The Summit County Democratic Central Committee met on Tuesday to choose a new Stow Municipal Clerk of Courts, and their interim pick was none other than Cuyahoga Falls City Councilwoman Diana Colavecchio, reports the Stow Sentry.
Stow Mayor Sara Drew swore Colavecchi in during a ceremony at Cuyahoga Falls High School Tuesday night.
Colavecchio, a local attorney, will serve as clerk in Stow Municipal Court until November. At which point, the unexpired term will go on the ballot, and will once again be up for grabs.
