Your Polling Location May Have Changed: Summit County Voter Information

After a controversial U.S. congressional redistricting plan was finalized in January, polling locations for voters in this November's election may have changed.

The Summit County Board of Elections has been sending everyone colorful postcards with polling location information on it to registered voters in the last few weeks. 

Several Patch readers in Stow said their voting location changed. 

Jan Chrapcynski Steuart said: "Tell everyone to check their voting location, ours changed and also our precinct in Stow!"

If for some reason, the postcard sent by the BOE is overlooked, thrown out or doesn't arrive, don't worry, there's a quick and easy way to check. 

1. Go to the BOE website.
2. Hover your cursor over "Voters" in the blue box on the left hand side of the screen.
3. Click on "Polling location lookup." 
4. Type in your street number and name and hit search. 
5. Results will show you where your polling location is and what precinct you're in.
