Ward 4 Council: Hickin, Bednar Answer Candidate Questions (Video)
Take a look at an introduction of each candidate and what they think is the most important issue in Ward 4 and how they can help.
During at candidates Joe Hickin (incumbent) and Mary Bednar (former council woman) had a chance to introduce themselves and answer two questions.
Both candidates were allowed two minutes for an introduction and to respond to the questions.
