The treasurer/CFO released an announcement Monday staying the allegation in a board member's lawsuit pertained to a clerical error in the minutes that omitted the official decision to hold executive session.

It is a clear violation of Robert's Rules of Order to allow an SMF employee and a member of the public to attack a sitting Board member in public comment. Period. The BoE President was derelict in her duties by allowing such an assault to take place.
