8 File for 3 Board of Education Spots
The deadline to file with the Summit County Board of Elections was Aug. 10.
Three incumbents are trying to keep their seats on the as there are a total of eight who filed by the Aug. 10 deadline for the race in November.
The deadline to file was 4 p.m. Wednesday and according to the Summit County Board of Elections these are the residents vying for the title of boardmember: (The names are listed in alphabetical order.)

- Patricia Matthews (incumbent)
- Karen Powers (incumbent)
