Those back-to-school forms are anything but convenient, but now the district offers a more convenient way of accessing them online.
The forms may be downloaded on the district's website. Click on "Parents," then "Parent Forms" and lastly, "2012-2013 Parent Forms Packet."

Children should bring the completed forms on the first day of school for all Kindergarten through fourth grade and at the , according to the superintendent.
