Kendall is a member of both the Lakeview Orchestra (Violin) and the Lakeview Band (Trumpet). She recently joined the girls lacrosse team and also volunteers her time through K-Kids and was the Stolion Award winner in 2009, her father Carl Miragliotta said.

"Kendall is an exemplary student who goes above and beyond on many occasions. She is kind to others and is always willing to lend a helping hand. In all interactions, whether with adults or peers, she is always respectful and cooperative," said Lakeview Teacher Karen Myers. "Kendall is an outstanding citizen and a role model for others."
