Stow Grad Could Appear on MTV Show Saturday

Dietician Allison Fritschel was interviewed for the program MADE several times. Tune in Saturday afternoon to see if she is featured in the episode.

An episode of MTV's MADE doesn't air until 3 p.m. Saturday, but a graduate may be featured on the show.

Stow native and 1995 high school graduate Allison Fritschel is a dietitian at the place the episode was filmed — Camp Jump Start, a weight-loss camp for kids in Imperial, MO. 

Fritschel is a 2004 graduate of the Coordinated Program in Dietetics at The University of Akron and UA Dietetics Professor Sandra Hudak emailed her this week to give her a heads-up about the program that is airing nationally.

Fritschel said she was interviewed by television crews several times for the program, but doesn't know if she made the final cut. Tune into the show to see if Fritschel is on camera.

The MADE episode features a girl named Lexi who comes to Camp Jump Start to lose weight. The episode follows Lexi as she returns home to continue her weight loss and try out to be a pom dancer.
