Silver Springs Park Heritage Barn in Stow

 Registration begins at 11 a.m., rain or shine!

Walk begins promptly at Noon!

This year, we’ve decided to take our Walk for Kids to a beautiful park that is both wheelchair-friendly and stroller-friendly. The focus for the Walk is to promote healthy well-being physically, emotionally and spiritually - all while raising money for the programs at OPEN M

This location offers a variety of family fun so you can make a whole day out of the event!

• walk is one mile in length (or as long as you want to go!)

• a lake for catch-and-release fishing (bring your own equipment)

• the park features a beautiful dog park with a 3-acre lake and obstacle course

• a playground for all ages

• a basketball area

• beautiful camp grounds

• vast network of bike and hike trails

Our goal is to have each walker raise $100 by asking friends, relatives and co-workers for donations. Most walkers raise much more than that! The money raised will help children and families with medical needs and to provide emergency food assistance for families with children. For every $100 turned in to OPEN M before the day of the walk, you will receive a free tote bag!

We need Team Captains and Walkers!
