Who Should Replace Pat Shurmur and Tom Heckert?

It has been reported today that the Cleveland Browns' head coach and General Manager Tom Heckert have been fired on Monday.

Everyone saw it coming after the Cleveland Browns 24-10 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers Sunday, but it was confirmed on Monday: Head Coach Pat Shurmer and General Manager Tom Heckert are gone.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reported through Twitter Monday morning that both had been fired after a less-than-stellar 5-11 season.

Shurmer had a dismal 9-23 record over his first two seasons as the head coach. He took the position in 2011.
