Prepping for PAWSibilities Holiday Rummage Sale

Volunteers for the PAWSibilities, Humane Society of Greater Akron, Holiday Rummage Sale are currently collecting donations for the upcoming Rummage Sale to be held November 8 & 9 from 9am-5pm. If you would like to donate items, drop off times are Saturday & Sunday 10am -2pm, October 12 & 13, 19 & 20, 26 & 27. Located at Stow-Kent Shopping Center, 4301 Kent Rd. Stow.

All proceeds are used to help rescue, rehabilitate and care for abused, neglected or abandoned animals and finding loving “forever” homes for them. We provide material gift receipts for donations for tax purposes.

ACCEPTING (clean, complete, in good condition and/or working order)

Small household appliances; dishes, glasses, tableware, cookware, etc.; storage items; decorative items, pictures, shelving; furniture; sporting goods (see exceptions); bicycles, tricycles; toys, games (with all parts); craft items; sewing items; books, CDs, DVDs; pet products, beds; baby items; musical instruments; holiday items; linens; purses, jewelry, scarves; unopened bath items ;lawn and garden items; tools; office furniture and supplies; lamps, lighting; computer games.

NOT ACCEPTING:

Clothing; TVs; typewriters; computers or and computer parts; skis; exercise machines; mattresses/box springs; full size appliances; tires; baby cribs and car seats
