I am new to the area and recently heard about Dancers Pointe. I thought the staff was friendly and helpful, providing me with an excellent selection of dance apparel and working personally with me on my shoe fitting. As a dance teacher they respected my opinions and worked with me to find shoes that work for my needs. I would definitely shop here again and recommend it to my friends and collegues!

After hearing about RM's post below, I felt the need to also post a comment. I have known Amy and the Dancer's Pointe staff for 10 years. My daughters and I have always been treated with much respect, kindness, and professionalism. There have been times I would call Amy on my way home from work to pull a few things for my daughters as we rushed in, 20 minutes before dance class started in panic mode. She has gone ahead, pulled our information from previous purchases and had it ready for us when we walked in. Fitting two pairs of ballet shoes, two pairs of tights, two leotards, and out in 10 minutes is the attentive, personal, friendly service I have always been greeted with coming in and leaving the store. I would say there is another side to the story below that RM isn't telling. The ladies at Dancer's Pointe are truly the best in the area. Have you tried the other stores? I have! I will be staying a loyal customer to Dancer's Pointe.

Manager, Amy Bragg, was very rude to me when I called to discuss a bad experience that I had at the store. I was hoping for her to talk with her employee about ensuring that a customer has a positive experience when leaving the store. I also hoped for at least an apology. What I received instead was a very rude and unprofessional outburst from the manger.
