DO NOT HIRE! I hired Nathan/PerfectPro on 3/31 to stain two decks, one at house and one around pool. I was promised that work would be done end of April since I needed to open pool in May, mulch and was having a Memorial party at end of May. Work wasn’t started until middle May due to many excuses. I repeatedly asked him not to take 300 lb grill off deck. He moved it against my wishes and one wheel is now broken. He stained over dew and stained on days it rained. He stained second coat immediately after first even though I asked him to wait until first coat dries. It took stain over a week to dry. On May 19 he said he was done and needed his check. He charged $200 more than signed contract. After I gave him check, he said he was not done and would come back on Monday to finish. He never came back and ignored all my calls. My brother called him Friday, May 25 and he yelled at my brother. Brother asked him about the large area that he never power washed or stained, and he said “so I missed a spot”. My brother reminded him that my party was in two days and that patio furniture and gas grill was still sitting in the yard -contract says he will “replace objects previously removed or relocated.” He said he didn’t have time and never came back. Paint can/stir sticks left in flower beds. Nathan is most unprofessional and incompetent person ever hired. If you do hire him don’t pay him a penny until he does the job to your satisfaction. Good Luck!
