Father (and manager/trainer) of undefeated welterweight Shawn Porter, Kenny believed his son was up to the challenge. He was, just ask Pacquiao. After defeating Miguel Cotto on Nov. 14, 2009 in Las Vegas to win the World Boxing Organization (WBO) belt, Pacquiao openly praised Porter for his work as a sparring partner in camp.
