Out with one baby store and in with another! Carter's, a baby through early child clothing store, will open in the former Once Upon a Child building in the Target plaza on Feb. 21. Carter's is the leading brand of baby clothes, gifts and accessories in the nation, according to its website. The next closest Carter's store is in Aurora Farms Premium Outlets in Aurora. Good to Go in Stow: Homemade Recipes Keep Customers Coming (and Going)

The concept of the business is to provide quality made from-scratch meals, snacks, and desserts for people to eat at the restaurant or to grab on the way home or to work.

The food is good to go, but it's also good to eat inside at the new restaurant at 3226 Kent Rd. that opened Aug. 17.  The fact that it rhymes isn't why owners Rick and Debby Lebeau named their new restaurant Good to Go in Stow.  "I decided to open the market in Stow for a few reasons," said Debby. "The first, of course, is because I live in Stow with my husband and son. I have lived in Stow for 23 years now. I also opened in Stow because I knew people that lived nearby and those that commuted through Stow each day needed a place just like this!" LOOK: Stow's Walmart Just Got Super

The store had its grand reopening Oct. 3, 2012.

After months and months of construction that began back in August, the Stow Walmart went from being a regular store to a 151,420-square-foot super store.  With the expansion also comes a need for more employees. The store was hiring between 85-110 new people, both full- and part-time.

LOOK: Hair Innovations Opens Oct. 1 in New Stow Location

The company made the move from Hudson and officially opened on Norton Road in Stow Oct. 1, 2012.

Here's the Latest on the Wine Bar Opening in Stow

Cellar 59 is still on track for a fall opening date and plans to announce a soft opening soon.

An official date still isn't set since Cellar 59 Wine Bar and Boutique announced it will be opening in Stow this fall.  Co-owner Vincenzo Pezzaniti said things are still on track to open soon at 3984 Kent Rd. though.  "We are extremely excited and have been busy coordinating the final push,' he said. "September will prove to be the busiest month so far — with everything coming together we are still on for the fall." Pezzaniti said he will contact Patch again soon for soft opening dates. Stouffer Realty Has Office in Stow, Opens New Fairlawn Headquarters

Seven businesses dedicated to real estate solutions are housed 'under one roof.'

A ribbon-cutting ceremony Friday celebrated the grand opening of Stouffer Realty’s new headquarters to 130 N. Miller Road in Fairlawn. Stouffer Realty also has offices in Stow, Brimfield, Green and Medina. LOOK: Stow's Starbucks Almost Ready to Open

Some finishing touches still need to be made, but the coffee chain is still on track to open mid-August.

Starbucks expressed an interest in opening a new store in a former bank building at 4249 Kent Rd. back in February with hopes to open a new store in mid-August. The coffee shop is still expected to be open within the next two weeks.
