Listen to what Jim Costello thinks is a problem in his ward and how he can help that issue.
During Candidate's Night at Silver Springs Lodge Ward 2 Stow City Council candidate Jim Costello had a chance to introduce himself and answer two questions. Candidates were allowed two minutes for an introduction and to respond to the questions. Stow Patch recorded the first question: 1. What is a critical issue in your ward and what is your solution for that issue?
