The team finished with a combined score of 300, which was four strokes better than second place Aurora.
The Stow-Munroe Falls High School men's golf team is on a roll. After winning the Northeast Ohio Conference River Division Championship and finishing the regular season with a perfect record, the team also won the Candywood Sectional Golf Tournament Monday. The Bulldogs finished with a team score of 300, which was 4 shots better than Aurora. (The results from the tournament are attached in the form of a .pdf to this post.) It was chilly and the team battled against wet and soggy conditions, but came out on top in the 17-team tournament, said Coach Ken Miller.
