Finally, some good police news- A concerned witness alerted Strongsville police to a woman in a wheelchair riding in the street shortly before noon Jan. 27. The woman told police although the sidewalks were mainly clear, they were still slushy and her electric wheelchair was getting stuck. The officer drove behind the woman as she went so she could get a pizza for lunch, then followed her back to her apartment to make sure she got home safely.
