Update: Man Who Met Fictitious 14-Year-Old Sentenced to Probation, Fined

Trevor Wozniak, the Stow man who pleaded guilty to charges stemming from meeting a fictitious 14-year-old girl with a condom, received two years of probation May 1, according to the Summit County Prosecutor's Office. Judge Pamela Barker also fined him $1,000. Wozniak, 27, will be required to register as a Tier II Sexual Offener. He could have received up to 2.5 years in prison. On Aug. 15, Wozniak posted an advertisement indicating "he was looking for fun" and that he did not discriminate against "age, race, or size," according to the prosecutor's office.
