Dipped and Dazzled Bakery to Open by the End of September

The ladies opening the new bakery on Darrow Road said the business will be "shabby chic" and offer dipped and dazzled bakery at an affordable price.

It's a word to describe what the treats and Dipped and Dazzled Bakery will look like and it describes the personality of the owners.  Friends Heather Rice and Tara Colopy, both 33, have shared the same dream of opening a unique, local, "sparkly" bakery for years and now that dream will become a reality in just a few weeks.  Colopy, the woman in charge of the business side of things, said she's pushing for the store to open the third week of September.
