Police: Burglar Rubs Genitals on Sleeping Woman

On Nov. 11 at 5:45 a.m., a 23-year-old woman called Stow Police because she said a man she knew broke into her apartment at the 3900 block of Windham Ridge while she was asleep and got in bed with her. She told police the man began pressing and rubbing his erect penis on her while putting his hands up her shirt. She said he also took miscellaneous things from her apartment, like a gold door knocker and a small piece of silver. When police arrived, they arrested Abdecrahman Samy Shendy, 23, of Cuyahoga Falls. Police said they suspected the man was under the influence of alcohol. Police charged Shendy with burglary, a second-degree felony, and gross sexual imposition, a fourth-degree felony.
