From Redmon Funeral Home: Raymond C. Mullaly, 87, died Dec. 31, 2012. Born in Youngstown, he was a member of the First Christian Church of Stow and the Portage County FOP #70. He served his country in the Navy during WWII and retired from The Defensive Investigative Service and the CIA. Ray is survived by his wife of 64 years Lois, daughter Carolynn Mostyn, son Mark (Karen) Mullaly, grandchildren, Vicki (Mike) Snowberger, Kimberly (A.J.) Rufo, David (Jen) Mullaly and Stephen Mullaly, great-grandchildren, Ryan and Tyler Snowberger, Lucy and Anthony Rufo and many nieces and nephews.
