Neighbors Slash Man's Tires

The following information was supplied by the Stow Police Department.

A Conwill Road resident called Stow Police after he heard what he called a suspicious noise outside of his home Oct. 25 around midnight. The 42-year-old man told police he saw two men he knew that lived down the street running away. He told police he saw that one of his tires had been slashed. Damage is estimated at $180. When police confronted the two residents down the street, police said they saw a used marijuana pipe in plain view. Criminal damaging is a second-degree misdemeanor, having drug paraphernalia is a minor-misdemeanor and criminal trespassing is a fourth-degree misdemeanor.
