Man Gets Fresh at 'Eat Fresh' Sub Shop

The following information was supplied by the Stow Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The logo may be "Eat Fresh," but one customer certainly had a dirty mouth when he sounded off at a Subway employee Dec. 31. A Hudson Drive Subway employee called the Stow Police department because an "irate" man came into the restaurant at 12:30 p.m. and started yelling profanities at a female employee. The male walked in and out of the store several times while continuing to yell profanities and insults, according to the report.

Police: No Shots Fired During Road Rage Incident

The following information was supplied by the Stow Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A driver on a cell phone called police last night after witnessing a road rage incident and suspecting that a gun was fired.  Stow Police Chief Louis Dirker said shell casings were not found on a street where the incident happened off of Hudson Drive around 10:30 p.m. Aug. 1.  "A driver called and stated that two vehicles were involved in a chase that seemed to be a road rage incident in the area of Hudson Drive and Graham Road," said Dirker. "The altercation continued down Ellsworth Drive." The witness who called police thought shtos were fired around the intersection of Hudson Drive and Springdale Road. Dirker said no empty shell casings were found in the area and residents questioned by police said they did not hear any shots fired. …

Police Blotter: DVDs, Pills Stolen, Home Egged

The following information was supplied by the Stow Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

A Stow Road resident told Stow Police that around 2 a.m. July 4 someone broke into his home and stole 30 DVDs. The front door of his house was kicked in. The DVDs are valued at $450. Theft is a first-degree misdemeanor and burglary is a fourth-degree felony. In other police news:

Police: Feces Smeared on Property, Twice

The following information was supplied by the Stow Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Unfortunately, it wasn't birds attacking the patio on Kent Road, but a report of someone smearing feces on a window and a table July 1. A Kent Road resident told Stow Police that someone smeared feces on a sliding glass window and a glass patio table with a leaf. Two days later, another Kent Road resident told police that feces was smeared on her car's windshield.   Disorderly conduct is a minor-misdemeanor and criminal mischief is a third-degree misdemeanor.

Police: Vulgarities Vandalize Stow Business

The following information was supplied by the Stow Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

It was a sight for sore eyes at the Davis Eye Center June 30. An administrator at Davis Eye Center told police a lewd picture and offensive language was drawn on the building. Stow Police said the substance used to do the drawing of a man's genitalia and the profane words were oil-based. The employee also told police that male genitalia was drawn on the sidewalk of the business about two weeks prior. Damage is not known at this time. Criminal mischief is a third-degree misdemeanor.
