Vulgar Image Drawn on Car
The following information was supplied by the Stow Police Department.
A couple walked out of Target and found a disturbing image drawn on the woman's car windows Feb. 19. Stow Police got a call from the man reporting a male reproductive organ was drawn on two windows of his girlfriend’s car. The vehicle was parked in the Target parking lot around 5:30 p.m. The man was able to wash off the drawings, according to the report. Criminal mischief is a third-degree misdemeanor in this situation.
