Amanda Harnocz is a Cleveland native who moved to Summit County in 2010. She graduated from Mercyhurst College in Erie, PA in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in communication/journalism with a minor in political science. After graduation, Amanda was hired at Record Publishing Co. in 2007 to be a reporter for Stow and then Tallmadge, Ohio. She was hired in November 2010 to be the Local Editor for Stow Patch.

Amanda lives in Cuyahoga Falls.

Politics: Amanda is a registered Libertarian but is recognized as a very liberal. She is an advocate of personal freedoms.

Religion: Amanda was baptized and raised as a Catholic. She attended private, Catholic schools through college. She no longer follows or participates in any religion now and is agnostic.
