in Stow is growing, not only in numbers, but in awards.
The IT service company received its fourth consecutive business growth award.
The award from Cascade Capital Business Growth recognizes 52 of the fastes growing companies in Northeast Ohio.
During the last five years, each organization experienced either an increase in sales of at least 100 percent (or $5 million) and/or the number of full-time employees grew by a minimum of 50 percent or (25 employees).
"AtNetPlus is a great example of the type of organization that understands that you don't have to participate in a recession," said Dustin S. Klein, publisher of Smart Business. "By focusing on the key elements of your business, the way Jim Laber, Jay Mellon and their team have done, it's possible to maintain a steady growth path during any economic times."
Honorees gathered in downtown Akron to celebrate. The awards went to companies in a six-county region.
"To be acknowledged for the fourth time for our growth is quite a milestone," said Partner Jim Laber. "It's inspiring to see the other companies in the area and what they have been able to accomplish. It challenges us to work even harder to reach our goals."
