A 4.0 earthquake hit the Youngstown-Warren area today and several residents said they felt it right here in Stow.
According to the US Geological Survey, the 4.0 quake hit an urban area of Youngstown and warren at 3:04 p.m. Dec. 31.
Even though the area where the quake hit is abou 45 miles away from Stow, some here said they felt the shakes.
