Keep Off the Lawn (Especially when Drunk and Sleeping)

The following information was supplied by the Stow Police Department.

A Tudor Lane resident called because he had an unwanted guest sleeping on his front lawn Aug. 4 around 4 a.m.

The resident told police the man was sleeping on his driveway at the 4600 block of Tudor Lane. He woke the man up to move, but according to the report, the man moved just moved two houses down and fell asleep again.

The Tudor Lane man told officers he woke the 18-year-old up again and asked him to leave.

A few hours later, police were called again because a motorist saw a man sleeping in someone’s yard at the 4500 block of Chatwood Drive.

Police found the 18-year-old from Kent sleeping and said he was intoxicated.

Prohibitions in this situation is a first-degree misdemeanor.

The Kent man was arrested and issued a summons to appear at the Aug. 9.
