Mucho Dinero Stolen from Taco Bell Employee

The following information was supplied by the Stow Police Department.

A employee told when she went to work the morning of June 9, she put her purse and wallet under the desk in the manager’s office.

She said there was $275 in cash in her wallet when she left it under the desk and began working. Later, when she left work at 6 p.m. she said she noticed her wallet was gone.

The woman told police she went back to work and two employees willingly let her search their purses. The woman did not find her money.

Other employees that were working with her that day had already left, according to the report. 

There are no suspects or witnesses to the theft and no additional leads for follow up, according to officers.

Theft, in this situation, is a first-degree misdemeanor.
