Police Follow Car After Passenger Shouts Profanities at High Schoolers

The following information was supplied by the Stow Police Department.

A Stow Police officer said he heard a passenger yell profanities out of the window of a car pulling out of the parking lot at 3099 Graham Rd. Nov. 9. 

He said the teen was yelling profanities at about 10 Stow-Munroe Falls High School students crossing the street. 

The officer said he pulled behind the Toyota Camry as it was traveling westbound on Graham before turning into the parking lot at Oregon Trail Park. According to the report, the officer pulled into the parking lot and spoke with the driver, who agreed to a consent search.

The officer said he found synthetic marijuana (Spice), a marijuana pipe with residue and a box of open cigarettes.

The 16-year-old Akron resident was cited with possession of drugs and having drug paraphernalia, both minor-misdemeanors, and ordered to appear at the Stow Municipal Court.
