Roommate Punches Computer, Drug Instruments Found

Roomate Throws Punch at Computer

  •  A Windham Ridle Drive woman called Dec. 30 because she said her roommate punched her work laptop the night before. The computer, valued at $1,000, is inoperable. Vandalism is a fifth-degree felony in this situation.

 Drug Instruments Found Behind Shed

  • On Dec. 31, police went to the 1900 block of Marhoffer Avenue because a landlord said his new tenant, who has four young children, hid drug abuse instruments behind a shed on the property. Police recovered five syringes, a metal teaspoon and plastic bag and a cigarette pack with cellophane wrappers. Posesssion of drug abuse intruments is a first-degree misdemeanor in this situation.
