Rafferty faces three counts of aggravated murder, one count of attempted murder, four counts of aggravated robbery and four counts of kidnapping in Summit County, according to Prosecutor Sherri Bevan Walsh's Office. He has pleaded the juvenile equivalent of 'not guilty' to those charges.

Rafferty's case was transfered from Noble County to Summit County because Richard Beasley's case is being handled in Summit, said Walsh's office.

Beasley, 52, of Akron and Rafferty are accused of luring men to a farm in southern Ohio through a bogus Craigslist ad that promised a job, then shooting the victims, taking their belongings and burying them in a shallow grave.

Prosecutors said during a press conference .

Beasley, who was previously in jail on unrelated charges, could face the death penalty if convicted of the 28-count indictment brought against him by prosecutors. Included in those charges are: nine counts of murder, kidnapping, theft and aggravated robbery.

Beasley has pleaded 'not guilty' to the charges.
