It's the Perfect Time to Swim, If You're Not Trespassing

The following information was supplied by the Stow Police Department.

A Heron Springs Apartment employee said people went swimming around midnight June 21 after the pool was closed at the apartment’s community pool. 

A pool umbrella, valued at $79, was broken, according to a report.

Criminal damaging is a second-degree misdemeanor and criminal trespassing is a fourth-degree misdemeanor.
